trainer, speaker, author, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing human
potential in the workplace. She is Founder and President of Wits About
You, a professional development business. Jayne works with organizations
to achieve higher levels of employee satisfaction and productivity through
leadership development, communication improvement, and Motivation
Contagion™. Jayne uses first-hand research and diverse work
experiences to write and speak about the common threads of workplace
life. She is the author of Workplace Gems and
several other publications on the human dimensions of work. Jayne has
